Delete your account

You can delete your GrowGuard account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

• Open Account from the bottom navigation.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your plants, photos, tasks, journal entries, health checks and settings are removed, and your sign-in is deleted.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email info@growguard.me from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything: account, plants, photos, tasks, journal, health checks, settings, and usage records tied to your account. Anonymous, aggregated error logs that cannot identify you may be kept for reliability purposes.
